Meet KC Holiday

My work helps builders make the transition from doing everything themselves to leading intentionally by designing the four critical systems required to scale companies, communities, and creator-led businesses with clarity and control.

I've walked a non-traditional path to get where I am, but wouldn’t change a thing (except maybe a few hairstyles).

I launched my first business, QALO, in my early 20s with nothing but big dreams in a small LA studio.

Five years later, we’d sold over $150M of rings, made the Inc. 500, had our rings worn by LeBron James and Steph Curry, and sold in 4,000+ stores like Bass Pro Shop and REI.

After exiting, I ended my run of being a college dropout with a business degree at Lipscomb, then moved to Australia and helped run BetterLabs—a $40M venture fund and startup studio.

There, I coached founders across 25 portfolio companies in everything from FinTech to DeathTech (yep, that’s a thing).

In 2023 I went full time into coaching and became the CEO of Daily Mentor, a private mentorship group, where we mentored over 400 e-commerce brand owners on the journey from million-dollar business to 10M+ and beyond.

I left Daily Mentor in December 2205 to launch Cashmere Wolf, my current building project. Even with all of that, I'm most proud of my role as a husband to my wife Bryony and father to 3 kids.
